We can teach you coping strategies.
We all have challenges, every single one of us. What makes any of us different, is how we cope with them.
Sometimes we run events such as our The Resilient Self © which are open to anyone to come along and attend.

One-to-one Coaching is a process which is targeted specially to the person being Coached. We call this 'client centred' and 'tailored' to meet your individual and specific needs. Remember everyone is different, has different needs and also importantly, will have different ways of responding to Coaching. What is does do, is provides an opportunity to you have One-to-One, focussed time with one of our professional Coaches to support you to be more motivated, energised and focused on how to make your life more fulfilling and how to deal with your challenges.
We provide tailored Workshops to suit our client’s needs. We cover a range of topics with the core focus of Resilience, Change and Wellbeing. Keep an eye open for our Events.
Our main resource is nature. Using this, we build on either individual coaching sessions or team sessions to take a CALM Walk © in nature to reflect, restore and rebalance the self.
